1. Tell us about your domain

Send your domain and describe the email systems you use. The free review uses public records and the information you provide; no password or mailbox access is required for that review.

2. Agree the work

We confirm the authorised domain, provider list, chosen package, standard scope, any additional quote and who approves changes. We also agree reporting arrangements and support expectations.

3. Choose an access method

You make the changes

We explain the DNS changes for you or your existing IT provider to apply.

Delegated access

Where supported, use a named account with only the permissions needed. Keep multifactor authentication enabled and remove access when no longer required.

Do not put passwords, recovery codes or private DKIM keys into our enquiry form. If your provider cannot offer suitable delegated access, agree an alternative workflow before proceeding. Routine DNS authentication work does not require reading your mailbox contents.

4. Record, change and test

Record the original values and an agreed recovery approach. Coordinate changes with your provider, check their published values, allow for DNS propagation and test each agreed sending system. Avoid changing unrelated MX, website or account settings.

5. Review before enforcement

We identify legitimate sending and review available reports before recommending quarantine or reject. A setting is not strengthened simply to make a scanner display a green result.

6. Handover or ongoing monitoring

The completion report records changes, confirmed sending paths and unresolved items. One-off work ends at the agreed handover; ongoing monitoring follows the chosen plan. Review and revoke access that is no longer needed, retaining only agreed access for the ongoing service.
